Since 2017 RAAM has been used by Enfield Voids and Regeneration Department to replace and repair Door sets as replacements are required. Works covers Front Entrance Doors, Riser Doors, Cross Corridor Doors and Entrance Doors to Block Properties. The majority of these works require urgent attendance to emergency works or damage. Works can include temporary repairs to make safe, including installing a globally assessed Door Set until we can obtain and install with a certified Door set from one of the approved Enfield Council Door Suppliers.

We replaced the front entrance door of this tenanted property, which involved admin and liaising with the tenant for our appointments. Due to services passing above the door, we had to fire stop above the door in addition to fire stopping behind the frame which is standard for new door installed. The door was installed according to the manufacturer’s guidelines by our BM Trada trained operatives. Upon completion a BM Trada Q-Mark Fire Door Installation Scheme Record of Installation Activities Form was issued to the client. We sent our multi-trade team who are BM Trada Fire Door Installers and Fire Stopping Accredited as all works had to be completed at the same time. Additionally, all making good and decorated were completed to leave the completely finished and one happy resident.
