RAAM Construction were appointed by Enfield Council to carry out the demolition and refurbishment of the garages at Carterhatch Lane.
Before works began, we liaised with Enfield Council to inform all affected residents about the works, we also ensured that temporary fencing was put up and appropriate safety signage was clearly displayed, as Health and Safety was of high importance on this project.
We renewed the garage doors and roofs, which included working closely with the manufactures to ensure that all materials were correct and on site at the appropriate time.
Throughout the project we strived to keep disruption to a minimum, and successfully completed all works within the designated 8 weeks time frame. We are happy that this project was a success.
