For buildings where the floor is between 18 & 60 metres above ground level, dry risers need to
be installed. This is determined by Approved Document B (Fire Safety) of the
Building Regulations (England & Wales).
We provide Dry & Wet Riser Maintenance in accordance with BS9990:2015.
