After Fire Compartmentation Surveys of both communal and residential areas, RAAM were tasked with completion of all passive fire remedials works to be carried out in line with Look Ahead’s refurbishment program. In order to support a ‘Stay Put’ policy, all residential areas were upgraded. Our Resident Liaison Officer was on hand to arrange and schedule works. Any areas where intrusive works were required were fixed upon completion.
Any Fire stopping was completed according to manufacturer installation guidance and carried out by our BM Trada Fire Stopping accredited staff. All works were evidenced and reports produced via BORIS with photographic evidence.
