For the project at Finchley Memorial Hospital, North London, RAAM Construction were responsible for investigating, sourcing and repairing serious water penetration in a specialised treatment ward.
Discretion and good trademanship were needed in order to carry out works in a non intrusive yet methodical and effective way.
Before works started our Public Sector Contracts Manager liaised with the hospital management, ward staff and contracts managers to devise a detailed scheduled of works that would have minimal impact on the operations of the ward. Our team of engineers were able to quickly identify the source of the problem and report their findings awaiting further instructions from the hospital administrators. Until future repair works were Approved our team of skilled tradesmen contained the problem area and the left the premises in a clean and fully functioning order.
On returning to complete repair works we were adaptable to the restricted time constraints and able to fully resolve the issues ahead of time and on budget, providing a reliable and professional service in the public sector.
